Kimchi hotpot with springy glass noodles, silken tofu, corn, carrot, as well as assorted mushrooms including shiitake and shimeji. 🫕🌽🥕🍄‍🟫 Simmered in a broth made using their housemade vegan and allium-free kimchi. Hearty, healthy, and relatively flavourful, though not particularly unique and I did find it a little pricey for what it was. Came with 2 bowls of wholegrain rice, but good for sharing among
