This is what I normally define as “naturally vegan”. Just what nature gives us, simple and not processed.
Black lentils is an Italian quality of lentils rich in fibres and proteins.
The peculiarity is that is rich as well in copper, which greatly helps our nervous and immune systems.
They’re delicious, tasty and delicate.
You don’t need to soak them, just directly cook them for 30-40 minutes
