Brassica at Easton Town Center

This was my first time at the Easton location. It was beautiful! I loved how bright and light it was. The plants and light sage green seating and decor made for a calming atmosphere.
Brassica's #falafel has gotten so much better over the years. They're fried and crispy on the outside, but not over dried inside, and I love that they're green now! You have multiple options for your sandwich, including #vegan baba ganoush or hummus. I chose Baba with greens, pickled cucumber, carrots, pickled onion, and fresh tahini. It was super filling and loaded with plantbased #protein. It had excellent flavor and it's also such a pretty presentation! This was a good #value at around $14
