The plain and simple rotis were perfectly soft and warm, with a light, slightly chewy texture that made them a great accompaniment to the meal. Their simplicity allowed the flavors of the curries and other dishes to shine, while still offering a satisfying, comforting bite. A classic, well-executed staple that paired wonderfully with everything on the plate.
