One of the best things about living in Singapore 🇸🇬 is everyone’s obsession with Sichuan cuisine! Food from this part of China can be incredibly spicy, thanks to the Sichuan peppercorn, which leaves your mouth tingling and numb. It’s a totally different kind of heat and it feels awesome if you’re into spicy food!
Sichuan food can be packed full of oil so this and a few other dishes at Numb were a healthy way to enjoy my some of my favorite food here!
