I was at Healthy Planet last week and saw that this #specialty #vegan #cheeze was on sale for $7. It usually is closer to $10. I should have checked the expiry date, as I didn't realize, that is why it was discounted.
It was yummy! However, I ate it a few days after the expiry date and it was a bit off, the first few bites at least. I ate some more closer to the middle, and it tasted better. I just wish I had more time to eat and enjoy it. I ate it with some nachos and it worked out nicely.
