This spectacular dessert consisted of a #papaya #tartar smothered with a #kombucha and #lemon slush. The papaya pieces were finely chopped and perfectly ripe and tender, with the flavor being contrasted by the tartness of the kombucha and lemon. It gets points for creativity, and tasted much better than it photographs! I think it was around 7€, however included in our half-board plan.
The dining room is impressive and has a chilled vibe. Make sure you let the server know you are vegan when you are seated as complimentary hors d'oeuvres and dessert truffles were brought to our table but upon our asking were NOT vegan. We alerted the hotel upon making the reservation, in another email prior to arrival, upon our check-in at the reception desk... and still had this glitch.
