The Hungry Caterpillar is such an odd place. It has great food! But it is in a building that doesn't seem like it should be a restaurant! It's in a strip mall and is connected to an odd doctor's office. It's also in front of a few cosmetic businesses. The windows have a blue film over them, so there's this weird blue light throughout the front of the building (I had to edit it out of my photos). It doesn't look like there should be a restaurant here, even inside! I think this is just Florida tho, it's an interesting place lol.
This quesadilla is more like a BBQ sandwich in a tortilla. It comes with a chipotle ranch dressing to dip the quesadilla in. I like the caprese more, but this is nice. It just got a bit monotonous.
