This is made from #glutenfree flour of tapioca, #chickpeas and arrowroot. I can't really taste anything special or distinctive about the arrowroot, except a faint earthy flavour. It is crumbly yet not dry in texture. A pleasant accompaniment to tea instead of digestives, perhaps.
