I've been using this for #pizza and it's great! It gets a nice brown and melts. I don't know if you can use it for anything else though, well you can use it for baking but I mean I don't think it would work in other ways because it's so liquid. So it's an amazing product for a specific purpose and it excels at that ! It also lasted quite a while. I'm picky about cheeses and only buy ones that are nut based and not oil based usually.

Also great for pasta bakes
i have used it for other melted cheese dishes but you have to pay attention to the baking time for the other ingredients
