Pasta Alla Glassa al aTipico — Recensione di Eilidh (1 mar 2025)

Vegan version of a Palermo dish - spaghetti pasta with brown stock of soy arrosticini and potatoes. This was very rich and the soy meat was nicely cooked - wouldn’t normally be my first choice of dish but it was great to get to try something new at this lovely vegan restaurant.
