This is the best vegan rojak (a traditional Asian fruit & vegetable salad dish), I have had.
The taste is really close to the original, which generally uses dried prawn in the paste.
I would have liked the addition of sliced turnip, but there wasn’t any 🙁
Overall, the dish was good. 😁
