There's something about this dish that made it taste better than actual real meat and cheese tacos! This dish contained plant-based egg, it wasn't overly greasy, the tortillas were cooked perfectly I also really enjoyed the flavors more than anything the the cheese the sausage was all vegan and extra warm and freshly cooked I really thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast. It was a meal that was all vegan!
