This vegan heavy cream from Trader Joe's is honestly the best I've ever tasted. It’s just like dairy cream… I don’t get why anyone would choose dairy when there’s stuff like this around. I also like that even though it contains coconut oil, you can’t taste it at all. It whips up beautifully, and works in any recipe that calls for cream. I use it for my dark caramel, and it comes out perfect every time!
Plus, at $3.99, it's about half the price compared to the vegan heavy cream I find at regular supermarkets.
