I love Armando pasta because it's rough and doesn't overcook. It's perfect for being "risottata," meaning finished cooking directly in the sauce. I bought these square spaghetti by mistake, thinking they were the usual thick spaghetti I always buy 😂.
I used them as usual and liked them just as much as the classic ones.
