Beacon Doughnuts

My husband and I got 1/2 dozen assorted donuts and regret not getting the full dozen.
We got:
- Chocolate Glazed Brioche
- Glazed Brioche
- Blueberry Pancake
- Vanilla Bean Cronut
- Cherry Cheese Danish
- Boston Cream
I haven’t had a Boston Cream donut in probably a decade, and holy cow, was it fantastic. My favorite was the Cherry Cheese Danish; the almonds on top made this donut taste like the nutty, fruity, creamy donut of my dreams!
The Brioches were stacked high, so light and airy!
The Blueberry Pancake tasted like a Sunday morning with that amazing maple drizzle.
The Cronut had pull-apart layers that melted in my mouth.
I can’t say enough good things about this place. I’m so grateful they became a fully vegan donut shop, as I only support fully vegan restaurants.
Amazing all around; I can’t wait to come back for more! Their menu changes often, so even if you’re a regular, you’ll always have something new to try!
