🍛I'm not a fan of bak kwa (since young), but it's hard to overlook a fried rice dish during CNY (maybe it's just me!)
🥰I exceptionally love the texture of the dish. There's like a crispy/ crunchy element everywhere. Rice was cjiak cjiak (save me, I don't know how to express this in any other way), cabbage was crunchy and juicy.
