A veggie schnitzel made from carrot, peas, corn and red paprika with soy protein. It also has added iron and B12 with a good source of fibre. Not the tastiest vegan schnitzel I’ve had but it is still nice. Easy to fry in the pan but I tried it in the air fryer and it turned out fine.
