The taste, the smell, the presentation… All exquisite! I absolutely loved these veggie spring rolls. Filled with crunchy, delicious vegetables, including carrots, purple cabbage – these spring rolls made for the perfect starter on a rainy day 🌧️ I will confess, however, that these spring rolls alone would not have appealed to me as much as they did because of the peanut sauce served on the side. The peanut sauce pads, so well with the dish and added a touch of sweetness that elevated the spring rolls, making me crave them as I write this!
