Tofu Lababdar Delight al Masala Dosa Street Kitchen — Recensione di tiascaz (9 gen 2025)

This dish is normally made with paneer but was swapped for tofu! The curry is made from tomatoes, cashews, spices, and cream, and it is soooo flavourful. A really hearty and rich curry, each bite was delish! The big chunks of tofu were nice but they didn’t have much done to them other than a light sear I think, so you have to like the taste of tofu.
