I have not worked with phyllo dough for many years so my impression might be skewed but I was impressed with how easy this was to work with. The package has two separate packages/rolls of dough, which is quite convenient.
I used the phyllo to make spanakopita. It was pretty easy to cut through the dough and to fold it. You really want to make sure to keep the sheets you are waiting to work on moist as they sit out; covering with a wet towel works.
The spinach pies baked so lovely! They came out a golden brown and the phyllo was so crispy and delicious.
Will use the dough to make baklava this weekend. (Update: The baklava was sooooooo good!)

phyllo & baklava always make me think of my mom. when i was in junior high, we spent a day making baklava. Before that day, I did not know what baklava was.
