This was a nice part of my breakfast today! When it’s cold out, my usual breakfasts don’t seem as appealing as a warm bowl of miso soup. It’s a bit salty even when I added more water than recommended, but your mileage may vary.
I’m happy I came across this brand as I’ve noticed many miso soups are not vegan. Will definitely purchase again in the future!
I added cubes of #silkentofu to the final product, but the fourth picture shows what you’ll have with no additions.
