Japanese-style deep-fried oyster mushrooms. Vegan Kewpie mayo, pickled daikon, sesame seeds, spring onion, seaweed flakes

Awesome dish to share, or to eat all by myself. I have been having heavy mushroom cravings lately and this was yet another triumph!

I had no idea Kewpie mayo exists, I could have used another good dollop of the stuff, if was so good. I finished my plate in a heartbeat!
