Savoury and fragrant soy sauce rice with crisp scorched edges, shiitake mushrooms, bell pepper, broccoli florets, carrot slices, and ginger shreds. 🍄🟫🫑🥦🥕🫚 I liked that the textured soy protein 'chicken' was quite toothsome and that there wasn't an overwhelmingly strong mock meat aftertaste! 🍗 Personally would have liked a bit of 'lupcheong sausage' and chestnuts for greater authenticity, and would also love it if they could offer vegan monkeyhead mushrooms for their claypot rice (they currently use the kind with egg powder for their hericium mushroom claypot rice).
