My parents’ friend made this gorgeous salad 🥗for us and bought this special #vegancheese 🧀for ours! Soooooo kind and thoughtful! It’s a #goatcheese 🐐made from #cashew. It’s very creamy so a perfect compliment in this arugula, 🍐pear, 🍎apple, and pomegranate salad. It’s yummy on its own as well on crackers or bread. Loving trying all the US 🇺🇸foods here!
