My favorite yogurt is loaded with protein and with taste! It’s a filling and creamy treat that gives me a much-needed energy boost to get through a long day at the office.
The only downsides are: 1) most grocery stores don’t seem to carry it; and 2) it’s often expensive. But it’s been on sale at Whole Foods this month. And it’s always got a decent price at one of Maui’s local stores, Mana Foods.
Why would anyone even think about consuming yogurt made from cow’s milk?! 🐄 #dairyisscary
