We had so many chocolates to choose from for our cookie baking night! I really liked the shape of these chocolate chunks. They're a bit big for cookies, but it just makes the cookies extra gooey chocolatey! These chocolates almost have a nutty note to them. They're really nice on their own but also great for baking of course. We made chocolate peppermint cookies with them. The dark chocolate went really well with the peppermint! They were super easy to make.
