Every so often, I try a new brand of croutons, but I always go back to these. They’re big cube and seasoned to perfection. It’s also relatively not so high in salt. Other than protein, there’s not much other nutrients, but there’s also not much bad stuff either. They’re just really tasty, and they complete my salads and soups. One of my photos here are these topped over potato soup, and I included a photo of my recipe for it, along with the cheese that goes in it. It’s from one my favorite cookbook Skye Michael Conroy. .
