Anyone who dares to charge RM34 for a #wantanmee had better serve up something spectacular. Such was the high bar, and unsurprisingly this valiant attempt fell somewhat short 😐 The #noodles were decent, had that sweet-savoury kind of profile that you need; the #tofu was surprisingly good as a #charsiew surrogate 😋 A pile of veggies yeah whatever, and the #soup on the side was tasty. However the #wantan were bad, like you could taste the pungency of the dough even in spite of all the dominant flavours around it; the filling was also a bit forgettable 😐
