If it grows together it goes together! I love the combination of beans, squash, and corn in any form. This soup presents them beautifully. It's made with beans, squash broth, and hominy. The squash broth was super creamy. It was more of a thinned out pureed squash than a true "broth". I really enjoyed the hominy. Hominy is corn that goes through a process called nixtamalization. It has a really nice soft bean-like texture and is actually considered more nutritious than corn!
