We decided to finally try this #violife #camembert flavor cheese. We found it at Sainsbury’s for £3.25 in the vegan chilled cabinet.
I added a drizzle of olive oil, as the instructions suggested. I also added black pepper and garlic granules to sass it up.
I only baked it for five minutes, which is technically enough, but I’d do it longer if we have it again. I would also flip it to help get a consistent ooze when it’s broken open.
A pretty tasty cheese, especially for crackers or bread.
