For my brunch, I picked this dish made up of crumbled tempeh, sliced potato, roasted red peppers, and onions seasoned with crushed red pepper and fennel seed. It also has biscuits, gravy, and scrambled tofu the tempeh has distinct sausage-y seasoning. I'm such a sucker for biscuits and gravy, so that's why I chose this. The gravy didn't fully live up to my expectations. I had to season it more with salt and pepper. With both tofu and tempeh, this packs a lot of protein and is a nice filling option for breakfast!
