Lusciously smooth chickpea hummus with roasted garlic and za'atar spice mix, brightened with the infusion of zesty orange oil. 🧆🍊 I always love hummus and also enjoy citrusy flavours, so this pairing was chef's kiss for me! 🧑‍🍳😙🤌 Beautifully plated with dried citrus, pomegranate seeds, and sweet orange cherry tomatoes.
