Juicy roasted portobello mushrooms that didn't taste too earthy, topped with caramelised sweet onion, tangy sun-dried tomato sauce. Also came with butterbean mash that was delightfully buttery and creamy, kinda like mashed potatoes! 🍄🧅🍅🫘 Non-veg companion thoroughly enjoyed this hehe.
