I am staying downtown San Diego and realized that evolution was right around the corner. And they have #vegantacos, which were delicious and filling 😋
they were very happy to de-cilantrocize by subbing homemade chipotle for pico de gallo and a generous serving of avo instead of guac. if you are ever in San Diego, it's a great place just west of Balboa Park.
I had not been here for at least 15 years. a blast from the past.

The last time I was in San Diego was almost 29 years ago, on the beach, with my sister. In front of the Hotel "del Coronado" where the film "Some Like It Hot" was filmed back at the days. #cherishedmemories 🥹💕
