I am a big fan of this brand and had great expectations for this product: it didn’t disappoint. This is a fresh cheese (made from cashew nuts) seasoned with shallot and chives. The consistency is amazing, you can have it on its own or spread it on a slice of bread. The taste is very pleasant, the onion-y aroma is there, but not in an unpleasant way. It’s slightly sour, which I loved.
I would definitely recommend.
