Can’t believe I’ve never made golden curry at home before! Dead easy and so tasty. I thought these would be individually wrapped cubes, but the box contained 2 sachets each with 4 portions joined together (each of which could be snapped off into a single cube). Looks like chocolate, my partner almost swooped in and ate it off the bench haha.
Was so easy to prepare - just cooked veggies then added cubes and boiling water and simmered until the curry cube had melted into a smooth sauce. Served it katsu style with Fry’s soy & flaxseed schnitzel and rice. Loved it and would definitely buy again.
