On our road trip in Italy we stopped a few times at  #autogrill their motorway services. Sometimes there was nothing for vegans but this time I enjoyed their new vegan croissant made with whole meal flour.
There was a sweet glaze on the outside and soft bread inside. Good for dunking in coffee 😋
