It was nice to find this kind of vegan cheese at Esselunga. When I saw it I couldn’t help but buy it so I could try it. It resembles other fancier plant-based cheeses made by small producers, however it’s not as good. But if you’re craving a creamy vegan brie this could definitely come handy. Under the crust a soft rich cheese awaits for you. The crust is a little bit stinky and moldy, didn’t love it too much.
Nutritionally it’s all fats and carbs as you would expect: main ingredients are water, karite butter and almonds.
