This super packed giant spring roll is a great choice! Like the bahn mi, it's a very fresh choice. It's made with lettuce, rice or rice noodles, carrots, radish, cilantro, cucumbers and your choice of protein wrapped in rice paper. @jonok chose kung pow chickn. This is served with sweet chili sauce.
