I love the spicy lentil wrap, but I was looking for something a bit fresher one day for work. This udon salad is a great option for that craving. The peanut sauce was difficult to mix in, but once I was able to evenly coat everything, this was great. This is very nutty and just slightly spicy. The veggies were fresh and this was all-around a great lunch that I would get again.
