The taste isn't horrible, but I found it rather mediocre for something as simple as a herb cream cheese. It wasn't bad, but I wasn't wowed by it either, it doesn't have the same texture as their vegan competitors and looks too different from the "ordinary" Boursin. I found it a bit underwhelming.
