A straightforward vg maple and pecan flapjack. Classic combination of maple and flavours. the maple flavour is lovely, and it’s not too painfully sweet, like many store-bought ones, pairs well with a hot drink and a book. #veganflapjacks #maple #pecan #flapjack #glutenfree

I often forget that Oto is a cafe by day 🤦, they’re perhaps known more as an iconic music venue and record label, to me at least. But in the day, they’re a cafe with a well-curated collection of books, and music for sale. i believe their kitchen is also vegetarian! The menu is fairly simple, but with a fair number of vg items. They do vegan brunches, toasties and soups. A handful of vg sweets, and various hot and cold drinks, both alcoholic and non. Keen to check out their hot food in the future. I’d recommend planning (ahead) a nice day here, enjoy the cafe, bookshop and record store, then an amazing live show in the evening (but book in advance, as they sell out fast).
