I finally found a vegan pistachio ice cream.
Although disappointed with the amount of pistachio (5%), I thought the ice cream was very good, but I wouldn’t buy it again, not with the main ingredients being water and sugar.

Concordo con il pensiero… purtroppo quasi tutti i gelati sono poco salutari! Da un gelato vegetale mi aspetterei migliori qualità nutritive! 🌱💚
