Great little #buildyourown ramen bowl stall in a busy food court beneath Taipei 101. Fully vegan, including various #mockmeat, tofu and plenty of veg options. You put what you want in a bag, take it to the counter and they build it for you!
My one issue with this restaurant was the waste of #singleuse plastic - EVERYTHING is plastic wrapped, and didn't look resealable, so presumably those packets all go in the bin after one use. It would be so easy to simply let customers pick up a card with a picture of the ingredients they wanted - still the same fun build-your-own experience, but without all the unnecessary waste. Surprisingly un-environmentally friendly for a vegan place. #saynotoplastic #vegantravel #vegantaipei
