I love all types of tofu and I use different types for different dishes. This firm silken tofu was perfect for these ghosts. The only problem I had was because of the packaging some of the tofu was squished and broken. The easiest way to get this out of the package I find , is to cut open around the edges and slide it out. I also love this tofu in creamy pasta dishes as a makes a high protein creamy sauce
