Burrito ingredients in grain bowl form~ 🌯 Apparently they used to serve this with air-fried tofu at the NUH outlet, but now serve it with their signature lion's mane mushroom pops. The spicy seasoning plus tender and almost 'fatty' 'meaty' texture always slaps!! 🍄🌶️ Other nourishing components of this bowl included lemon-herbed quinoa and salad greens, smoked corn kernels, creamy guacamole, salsa, jalapeños, as well as crunchy tortilla chips. 🍋🥬🌽🥑🍅🫑 All drizzled in garlic cashew 'mayonnaise'.
