Chickpea Omelette al Planet Terra - Ibis World Trade Centre Dubai — Recensione di Aishah Al Attas (5 ott 2024)

Such beautiful presentation 😍 but unfortunately fell short taste wise, my main issue being that the entire dish was just waaaay to dry! The chickpea omelette itself had this almost sandy grainy texture, so although there were dollops of tomato confit, mayo, carrot cream and balsamic vinegar, it was all kinda gloopy and towards the end I felt like I was eating play-doh 😕 It’s a shame as I think the flavours were quite nice, but unfortunately I really couldn’t get past the texture for this one. Especially for the high price point, I expected better
