This cafe/takeaway chain has outlets springing up everywhere. I appreciated the selection of vegan food available when I dived in at Victoria Station to pick up some lunch.
This style, coated in crispy onions was really appealing for its mix of texture. The crunch of the onion gives way to a well cooked layer of #stickyrice followed by a packed core of fresh #redpepper #pickledasianslaw #cucumber #avocado #inaritofu with a tasty binding of #srirachamayo It all sits on a bed of gloopy #teriyakisauce which adds another element of flavour.
Very happy with this lunch and the clear vegan labelling and recyclable packaging.
