Gelato Pistacchio e Nocciola al Gelateria Al Cassaro — Recensione di pattini (24 set 2024)

I wanted to check out this gelato place after seeing many reviews here on abillion.
The place is a regular gelateria but it also offers multiple vegan flavors, as well as the typical Sicilian brioche (which you can fill with gelato) in a vegan version and vegan cones.
I decided to try the hazelnut and pistachio flavors as I don’t often find these plant-based “cream” flavors in all ice cream places.
The taste was decent, maybe a little too sweet for my liking. I personally wouldn’t go back here just for this, it was a pretty mid gelato in my opinion.
I also didn’t love the fact that vegan flavors were more expensive than regular ones, like for what reason?
So yeah I appreciate the effort but I couldn’t recommend this place for the gelato alone.
